Obituary for Nathanael Traugh
Nathanael Traugh, age 46, of Tampa, Florida, passed away on May 20, 2025. He was born in Berwick, PA and moved to Tampa, FL when he was 5 yrs old.
Nathanael loved his family and lived a life marked by brightening people's day with laugher. He had the ability to make the whole room laugh. He served others in many ways - as an CNA at South Florida Baptist Hospital working in Geriatrics, Pediatrics and in the Emergency room, a policy writer in the insurance industry, maintenance and a skilled pool technician.
He is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Priscilla Traugh, and their daughter, Zoe Traugh, who brought endless joy to his life. He is also survived by his Stepdad, David brother, Robert Daughtry; a close circle of cousins who were more like siblings Gwen,Jay, Lauren and others many Aunts and Uncles who held him dear. Mother-in-law Darlene, Brother and sister-in-law Bill & Helen niece and nephew Keagan & Kyla brother-in-law John who held him dear.
Nathanael was preceded in death by his beloved Mother Carolyn Daughtry. Carolyn and Henry Traugh "Nana and Pop" and cousins Daniel and Dustin. Though his absence leaves a profound void, his memory will live on through those who knew and loved him.
A Celebration of Life will be held in Nathanael's honor on Monday, June 9th, at 7:00 PM at The Connection Church 2910 Orient Rd., Tampa, FL 33619
Family and friends are invited to gather, remember, and celebrate a life that brought warmth, laughter, and love to all it touched.
