Nedra J. Bucher

Nedra Bucher, 93, of Brewster, passed away surrounded by her loving family on January 15, 2026.

She was born on May 7, 1932 to the late Claude and Mary (Mattern) Taylor in Canton, OH.

Nedra was a graduate of Timken High School, where she was a drummer in the marching band. She was a member of St. Michael's Lutheran Church and The Son's and Daughter's of Herman.

Nedra lived her life filled with love, family, and friends. Throughout her life she enjoyed traveling, watching football, bowling, playing poker with friends and at the Son's of Herman, playing the slot machines, and game night with the family. She was also an avid reader and loved doing puzzles.

Nedra is survived by her loving children, Susan Eggeman, JoAnne Beebe, and Mary (Mark) Bell; bonus son, Donald Bucher; 12 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John H. Bucher; daughter, Judy L Pucci; great-grandson, Ryan Thomas Godbey; and six siblings.

Per Nedra's wishes, a private service will be held. Burial will be in Welty Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Aultman Hospice or St. Michael's Lutheran Church, Marshallville.
