A Brief Life History of Mr. Nega Tesfai
1956 - 2024
Our beloved and well-respected Father and, Brother Mr. Nega Tesfai, was born to his father, Mr. Tesfai Belata Abraha Woldemariam and his mother, Mrs. Rshan Dej /Ch Kinfu in 1956, in the city of Asmara Eritrea.
Mr. Nega Tesfai, from his young age, was a very respecting, well mannered, bright student and hard-working person.
Having completed his elementary and middle studies at Asmara Saint Mary school, he attended high school at Imperial Haileselassie High School in Asmara.
To further complement his education, Nega left Asmara to Addis Ababa Ethiopia where he was admitted to Addis Ababa University to attend in science Faculty.
In early 80's, due to regional peace insecurity in our country, Mr. Nega was forced to leave his country in search of peace and better future. In 1982, Mr. Nega fled to Sudan where through a process came to United States as a refugee.
Mr. Nega found his future wife and married Mrs. Alem Kassa in 1997 where they both started their life in San Diego. They are blessed with two lovely children Yordanos and
Kaleb.
Our dearly beloved Father and brother Nega had endured a recurring illness for the past few months, but always fought it with great strength and courage. Having been supported by his wife, children, family and friends at the hospital, Nega passed away peacefully in San Diego, CA on Sunday March 17, 2024.
Nega is survived by his wife: Mrs. Alem Kassa; son: Kaleb, Daughter: Yordanos, sister: Atsede and brother: Asfaha, Nephews, Nieces, family, and friends, who are deeply saddened by his untimely death.
May God rest his soul in peace and grant him eternal life in heaven.
