Neil Roth Obituary
Neil H. Roth, 65, of Marysville passed away on Friday, October 17, 2025. Born in Hershey, he was the son of the late John and Mildred (Heilman) Roth. He was the loving husband of Ann Marie (Szollosy) Roth.
Neil enjoyed golfing, bowling, puzzles, and playing at casino tables. Neil was a master of his craft, known for his incredible problem-solving skills as a COBOL Mainframe Programmer. He had a great sense of humor and loved to make others laugh.
In addition to his wife, Neil is survived by two brothers, Jay Roth and wife Rose, and Todd Roth and wife Brenda; three nieces, Jennifer Roth, Emily Szollosy and Lia Chak and husband Brendon Jackson; a nephew, Eric Szollosy; two brothers-in-law, Louis Szollosy and Dave Szollosy and husband Alan Weaver; three sisters-in-law, Louise VarVar and husband Dan, Joan Chak, and husband Charles, and Helen Szollosy; and close friend, Clair Martin.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Central Pennsylvania at www.HospiceOfCentralPA.org
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
