I love Neil. He has played an important role over the last several years facility healing within our family individually and collectively. I love and honor him like a brother and will be forever indebted to him for his Christ-like ministry which saves a relationship with my Brother. I honor the way in which he sought to offer all good others regardless of the struggles through which he passed. He is a minister of light. I love you Neil and honor and love your family.

Scott, Chris, Girls and Family, Neil was there for me at my darkest hour. I always knew when he was struggling but he always found time for me. For over 20 years I frustrated him, laughed with him, cried with him, and we supported each other. When my life was at the very bottom he was the first person to reach out to my wife to see how he could help her and my family while I was gone and she never forgot that. Our lives were similar and I loved him deeply. This has left a hole in my heart . He was a good man. At his worst he was always the best in all of us. For those who know Neil this makes me smile . "The sea was angry that day, my friends - like an old man trying to send back soup in a deli" is a quote from the 1994 Seinfeld episode "The Marine Biologist". George Costanza.

I want to send you my sincere condolences. Thank you for being so candid in sharing Neil's story. I have a son who also struggles with addition and depression. Says he's been sober for a couple of months now. I feel such compassion for those who struggle and their loved ones. When I see a picture of a younger person in the obituaries, I wonder why their life ended so soon. I am truly sorry for your loss. I pray that others may get the help they need before it is too late.
