It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved sister Nelley González.
Nelley, a beloved daughter, sister, and aunt, passed away surrounded by the love of her family. Born on January 30, 1976, she was the oldest of four siblings and a source of laughter, kindness, and joy to all who knew her.
Nelley was a very generous and loving person, especially to her nephew and nieces, who loved her dearly. Nelley loved the outdoors and found joy in the beauty of nature, whether on quiet walks or in simple moments of contemplation of the world around her.
Her family will forever remember the beautiful moments of their shared childhood, the laughter she inspired, and the love she provided. Nelley's presence will be deeply missed, but her love will live on in the stories, smiles, and memories she leaves behind. She was convinced of the promises Jehovah gives us in Isaiah 25:8 “He will swallow up death forever, and the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces.”
There will be a memorial service to celebrate Nelley’s life at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, August 16, 2025, at Allen Family Funeral Options. If you wish to join the service via webcast, please visit: https://webcast.funeralvue.com/events/viewer/115133
