Born on February 3, 1946 in Shirley Township, she was a daughter of the late Fred and Mary (McCory) Bilger. Nellie was a loving mother and wife. For all her life, she was a caregiver to her special needs son, Robert. Being family oriented, her favorite memories were of those spent organizing and hosting family reunions. She was a member of the West Granville Ladies Auxiliary and The Salvation Army. Nellie is survived by her son, Robert of Granville; daughter, Nancy and husband, Kristopher of Lewistown; brothers, Dennis (Lois), John (Elaine), Lee (Donna), and Carl (Teressa) Bilger; sister, Joyce (Don) McClain; and brother-in-law, Richard Arnett. In addition to her husband and parents, Nellie is preceded in death by brother, James (Jane) Bilger; and sisters, Barbara (Bob) Hallgren and Ruth Arnett. Nellie is to be buried next to her husband at Mattawana Cemetery. A graveside service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be sent to The Salvation Army, 9 S.
