Nery Castillo Obituary
Nery Castillo, age 65, of Orlando, Florida passed away on Monday, September 15, 2025 at HCA Florida Osceola East Emergency Hospital in Kissimmee, FL.
He was born on December 21, 1959 in Puerto Barrios, Gautemala, son to his late parents, Venancio and Rutila (Sosa) Castillo.
Nery is survived by his loving wife, Elly Castillo; two daughters, Elly Marroquin and her husband, Sergio, and Ellie Altamura and her husband, Richard; three sons, Jorge Ventura and his wife, Sandra, Emanuel Castillo, and Josue Castillo and his wife, Monica; seven grandchildren, Emmy Nolasco, Carolyn Marie Marroquin, Emilie Ventura, Nicolas Ventura, Jorge Ventura, III, George Gabriel Ventura, and Cillian Josue Castillo; one great-grandchild, Ezra James Nolasco; and three brothers, Jose Anibal Castillo and his wife, Elizabeth, Julio Castillo, and Carlos Castillo.
The family will gather for visiting and prayers on Sunday, September 21, 2025 from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - East Orlando Chapel, 895 S. Goldenrod Road, Orlando.
Interment will follow at Lake Mary Cemetery, Lake Mary, FL.
