With heavy hearts, Nestor Alfredo Rodriguez Jr., 38, of Vineland, New Jersey, passed away on May 1, 2024. He was born on April 25,1986, in Vineland, New Jersey, to his beloved mother, Carmen Julia Perez-Brown, who passed away on March 25, 2016, and his beloved father, Nestor Alfredo Rodriguez Sr.
Nestor was raised in Vineland and Buena, New Jersey by his loving father, Nestor Alfredo Rodriguez Sr., loving stepmother, Mayte Rodriguez-Soto and loving grandmother, Maria Rodriguez.
Nestor attended local schools in Vineland and Buena, New Jersey, and later pursued his passion for cosmetology at Empire Beauty School. Becoming a skilled barber, he showcased his talent at Lorenzo's and Razors Edge Barber Shop. He also obtained his CDL's and worked as a truck driver for Lowe's and Kennedy Concrete. Nestor was a multi-talented individual, venturing into adult entertainment with Hunkomainia, and later, ensuring safety as a security guard for Armed Security Services. Always striving for growth, he was in the process of obtaining his realtor license to embark on a career as a salesman.
A devoted father, Nestor cherished his role in the lives of his two children, Gianna and Josiah. His infectious personality and warm demeanor endeared him to many, earning him the reputation of a true gentleman. Nestor had a remarkable ability to bring joy to those around him, effortlessly lighting up any room with his laughter and charm. A true social butterfly, he was the heart and soul of every gathering, his love for dancing and skating making him a beloved figure in his community. Nestor was also an active participant in a men's baseball league and maintained a disciplined fitness routine, showcasing his commitment to health and wellness.
Nestor will be deeply missed and forever remembered by his father, Nestor A. Rodriguez Sr.; his stepmother, Mayte Rodriguez-Soto; his stepfather, Jeffrey A. Brown; his daughter, Gianna M. Ranger-Rodriguez; his son, Josiah L. Johnson; his sister, Giselle M. Rodriguez; his brothers, Alex N. Rodriguez and Jeffrey J. Brown; his grandmother, Maria Rodriguez, along with numerous loving uncles, cousins, friends, and many more whose lives he touched with his kindness and warmth.
Nestor A. Rodriguez Jr. and his mother, Carmen Julia Perez-Brown, will find eternal peace together in heaven, resting side by side.
Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 from 10am to 11am, followed by funeral services at 11am at DeMarco-Luisi Funeral Home 2755 S. Lincoln Ave., Vineland. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Egg Harbor Township, NJ.
