Nicholas Todd Adams

Nicholas Todd Adams, 36 of Fort Myers, FL died unexpectedly on Monday, January 1, 2024. Formerly of Columbus, OH he had been a resident of Fort Myers for the past 2 years. He was born February 27, 1987 the son of Todd S. and Rhonda (Hoppenstand) Adams. Nick was raised in Newark, OH and graduated from Newark High School before attending The Ohio State University.
He was a hospitality manger currently working at Margaritaville Beach Resort on Fort Myers Beach, FL. Nick was very athletic and enjoyed kayaking and bicycling. He also had a passion for cooking and loved animals, especially his dogs. Nick was great with children and will be remembered as a people person who never met a stranger. He loved adventure and had the most beautiful smile and infectious laugh.
Survivors include his mother, Rhonda A. Adams of Newark, OH; father, Todd S. Adams of Heath, OH; sister, Jennifer (DJ) Carducci of Pickerington, OH; maternal grandmother, Faye Shama of Newark, OH; niece and nephew, Dean and Cecilia Carducci; and girlfriend, Kelly Braden of Fort Myers, FL. Nick was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Denton and Carol Adams; and maternal grandfather, Raymond Yates.
A celebration of Nick's life will be held on Saturday, January 20th, 2024 from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at the Cherry Valley Hotel, 2299 Cherry Valley Lodge Rd. SE, Newark, OH 43055.
Memorial contributions in Nick's name may be made to the Gulf Coast Humane Society.
