Nicholas Corbi passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 2, 2024 in Schwenksville, PA at the age of 87.
Born in Philadelphia, PA on October 18, 1936, he was a son of the late Nicholas and Marieangela (nee Capcino) Corbi. He was also the beloved husband of the late Margaret L. (Eddings) Corbi, who passed away in 1991, and the late Pauline K. (Arnold) Corbi, who passed away in 2019.
Nicholas worked for the Iron Workers Union Local 405 for many years, with whom he was also an instructor for apprentices. Some of his hobbies included story telling, skiing, sailing, boxing, photography, sculpting, painting, opera, art, and travelling. Above all else though, Nicholas loved spending time with his family.
Surviving are his three daughters, Angela Illingworth, Grace Weichel (Scott), and Nikki Wisor; 9 grandchildren: Cynthia St. Pierre, Charles Illingworth, William Illingworth, Joshua Amrani, Nicholas Amrani, Sean Wisor, Caley Wisor, Kai Wisor, and Hunter Jackson; 4 great grandchildren: Ayden St. Pierre, Evelyn St. Pierre, Margaux Amrani, and "Baby Mochi"; as well as many other loving family members. He is preceded in death by a son-in-law, Charles Blaine Illingworth III.
Services and interment are private.
