We are deeply saddened by your loss. We knew Nick at our little country church and enjoyed him growing up. He was always respectful and hard working! We love the Maples family and will keep you all in prayer!

I only met Nick in the last month, he had struck up a friendship with my daughter. He and I chatted for a while on a couple of occasions, as I´m a former Marine, we had lots to talk about. I found Nick to be a genuine, kind and authentic fella. I am deeply sorry to the Maples family, and have nothing but gratitude for the brief time I spent with Nick. May you all find peace.

I only know of your family through a friend, and have never met you, but my heart hurts for you, and I pray that in the midst of such a tragedy, that you would be able to move forward in His strength. My prayers are very much with you. May Nick`s life, even though cut short, leave in amazing legacy for those ahead.

My thoughts and prayers are with you. I´ve never met Nick personally but my Marine spoke very highly of him, considered Nick a good buddy of his. I know he is missed by all his brothers and sisters. I pray you find comfort, peace and hope in the coming weeks. Sending you love, hugs and prayers today, tomorrow and always.
