Ninfa V Ramirez

8/23/1934 - 9/1/2023

Our momma was born in Harlingen, Texas.  She lived her earthly life serving our Heavenly Father, and has now peacefully embarked on her final journey, homeward bound to the promised paradise.

God’s Promise, states that whosoever believed in “Him”, will have everlasting life.  Momma received eternal life, based on her remarkable and unwavering faith, and at the moment that proclaimed, she accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior.  We undoubtedly know that she is now present with our Lord, Jesus Christ.

Momma, there aren’t any words to convey or describe your spiritual essence, your unique and extraordinary persona, nor your virtuous examples of unconditional love, wisdom, intuition, encouragement, inspiration, and undying devotion to all who knew you.  You were a constant source who always comforted us in our darkest moments, whilst you endured extreme personal sacrifices.  You lived a life filled with many challenges and you tackled these difficulties with grace and dignity. The very strength in which you faced these challenges will serve as a perpetual testament to your strength and resilience.

At times, you may have thought that your life was simple and meek, however, in your selflessness you proved to be the rock of our family, our guiding light, our emotional support, our anchor in a safe harbor, our fiercest protector and our closest confidant. You, and only you, were our best friend who consistently shined a beacon on all of our successes, with overflowing pride and praise, while simultaneously offering words of encouragement, hope, and determination when we faltered.

You married, our dad, Alejandro in Brownsville, Texas on December 1956, subsequently moving to Corpus Christi, and soon followed by setting up our childhood home in Gregory, Texas. You bore six beautiful children, whom by your example, we would not be where we are today without you.

The sound of your voice, your contagious laughter, and your sarcastic dry humor will be sorely missed. Your passing has left an abysmal void in our hearts, but your loving family will eternally thank GOD for giving us an angel, in “you”.
