Norma Dufrene Obituary
Visitation will be held at St. Hilary of Poitiers Catholic Church on Wednesday, December 22nd from 9:00 a.m. until funeral time. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. with burial to follow in Holy Savior Cemetery.
She is survived by her daughter, Ramona Ann Matherne (Donald); daughter-in-law, Jane Dufrene; grandchildren, Hope (Steve), Nadine (Brian), Tonya (Troy), Donie (Tonia), Angelle (Kenneth) and Laticia (Matt); 17 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Milton Anthony Dufrene; mother, Azalie (Lee Lee) Adams; son, Calvin Joseph Dufrene; daughter, Marina Dufrene; brothers, Antoine Orgeron (Eunice), Wiley Orgeron (Earline) and Harris Orgeron (Matilda); sisters, Pauline Dufrene (Edison), Elmire Dominique (Atlas), Josephine Dominique (Carlo), Inez, Nellie Theriot (Abel) and Thelma Dufrene (Elvan).
