Mrs Norma Jean Hale

Mrs. Norma Jean Hale, 81, of Murray, KY died Friday, December 28, 2012 at Spring Creek Health Care in Murray. Mrs. Hale was born in Calloway County, KY on August 9, 1931 to the late Arthur Jewell and Ruby Knight Jewell. Mrs. Hale was a homemaker and a member of the Glendale Road Church of Christ. In addition to her parents Mrs. Hale was preceded in death by her husband, James Cleveland "J.C." Hale, who died in 1981; and by one sister, Euple Rowland. Mrs. Hale is survived by one daughter, Suzanne Schroader and husband Tommy of Murray; two sisters, Doris Tabers and husband Bernard of Nashville, TN and Nell Erickson and husband Bill of Muskegon, Michigan; one brother, Preston Jewell of Murray; as well as one grandchild, Stacy Schroader Chatman and husband Chris of Brentwood, TN. Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 31, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the J.H. Churchill Funeral Home with John Dale officiating. Burial to follow in Murray Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 30, 2012 from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
