Norma Jean Lockman, age 94, of Wauseon passed away at the Fulton County Health Center on Dec. 21, 2024.
Norma was born on April 16, 1930, in Napoleon to the late Ernest and Clara (Rohrbaugh) French. She later married Donald Lockman, who preceded her in death in 1987.
Norma started helping on the farm with her father, and continued farming with Donald after they were married. Norma was a bowler. She also enjoyed creating ceramics and sewing.
Norma volunteered at the Fulton County Health Center. She attended St. Caspar Catholic Church, where she volunteered her time and efforts through various organizations.
Surviving Norma is her daughter, Diane (Dave) Blyth of Monclova; daughter, Julie (Paul) Walters of Holland; daughter, Kelly (Wayne Nault) Rashley of Wauseon; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald; parents; and brother, Leonard French.
Visitation for Norma will take place on Thursday, Dec. 26, 2024, at the St. Caspar Catholic Church from 9:30-11 a.m. A funeral Mass will take place at 11 a.m., with Rev. Todd Dominique officiating. Burial will follow at the St. Caspar Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
