Norma Jean Manquera, born on February 5, 1972, in Avon Park, Florida, passed away peacefully on February 25, 2025, in Cheyenne, Wyoming. She was a remarkable individual whose life touched many, leaving an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing her.
As a beloved partner, Norma is survived by her significant other, Matt Rockwell. Their bond was a testament to enduring love and companionship, characterized by shared laughter, support, and devotion. Together, they created cherished memories that will forever be held dear. She is also survived by her father Agustine Heredia, her children, Laura Long (Andrew), Alex Manquera, Andrew Teniente and Elicia Losoya, and her brothers, Rick Teniente (Lori) and JR. Heredia (Marina). Norma was preceded in death by her mother, Epimenia Heredia, her brother Joseph Heredia, and her nephew Stevie Teniente.
While Norma's time with us was far too brief, it was marked by moments of joy, warmth, and love. She will be lovingly remembered by those she leaves behind, who carry her spirit in their hearts. Norma Jean Manquera will be missed profoundly, a beacon of light that has transitioned to a new journey, leaving behind a legacy of love and strength that will continue to inspire.
