Norman Carter Ill

On April 23, 2024 Mr Norman Carter was called from his earthly home to come to his new heavenly home to celebrate his birthday with the Lord.
Norman Eugene Carter III affectionately known as Tray was born April 23, 1991 in Wichita, Kansas to Valerie White and Norman Eugene Carter Jr. Tray attended Earhart Environmental Magnet Elementary, Pleasant Valley and Wichita North High School.
Tray had a major love for sports, cars, and his family. As a child, Tray played football for the Golden Bulldogs and later in life he played flag football for the Mad Dawgs of the Wichita Flag Football Association.
Tray was very talented, creative, passionate, and smart. He achieved everything he set his mind to and motivated others to do the same. When Tray was younger he had a passion for remodeling model cars and every single car that he remodeled as a child, he then obtained and remolded the real version of those same cars as an adult. Tray had many skills and was truly gifted. In his younger years he was a member of the Infamous Marching White Tigers where he mastered the art of acrobatic flippling. His athletic gifts led him to coaching children's basketball which he enjoyed and shared his secrets to success. Tray was an accomplished businessman, a creator of music, a mentor, and an inspiration to everyone. Most of all, he was a loving father to his daughter Nakori. Tray loved his daughter more than anything. She was the light in his eyes and the joy in his heart. There are no words that can describe just how much Tray loved his daughter. She was his most precious gift in this world and he will forever be her Angel.
Tray is preceded in death by his Grandmothers, Clara B. White and Vera Friday and his Uncles Victor White and Donta McGill.
Tray leaves to cherish his precious memories; Mother Valerie White, Father Norman Eugene Carter Jr, Grandmother Darlene Crain, Daughter Nakori Carter, Sisters Farrin White, Porscha White, Christine Hoy, Brittany Mitchell, Aunt Christy White, and Stepfather Ricky Martin. 5 nieces, 7 nephews and a host of family and friends
