Nouna Mae Robertson, 74, of Batesville, passed away at 10:40 a.m. on Friday, April 4, 2025 at Morning Breeze Healthcare Center in Greensburg. She was born on May 10, 1950 in Decatur County, the daughter of Gail and Betty Lou (Dunn) Bockover. She was a lifelong resident of Decatur County and a 1970 graduate of North Decatur High School. She was a member of Shelbyville Community Church in Shelbyville. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting, word searches and puzzle books and reading. Nouna married Michael R. Robertson on June 3, 1978 in Greensburg. He preceded her in death on May 19, 1996. She is survived by her daughter, Shelly Wells of Batesville; sisters, Iva Faye Powers of Westport and Esther Lynn Lichtenberger of Batesville; brother, Gail Ervin Bockover of Berea, Kentucky. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband and sister, Audrey Lavonne Friend. Funeral services will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, April 11, 2025 at Bass & Gasper Funeral Home in Westport with Pastor George Willette officiating. A time of visitation will be held on Friday, April 11 from 4:00 p.m. until time of service at 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Online condolences can be made to the family at www.bassgasper.com
