Tav Delcid, beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend, passed away peacefully on March 20, 2026, at 4:20 a.m. in Arizona, at the age of 54.

He joins his parents Manuel and Carmen Delcid in the afterlife.

Born on November 20, 1971, in Nogales, Sonora, Mexico. Tav spent most of his life in Arizona,

Where he graduated and played football at Glendale High School. Growing up in Glendale he built deep roots and lasting connections with everyone fortunate enough to know him.

Tav was a hardworking and skilled man who dedicated much of his life to his family, he specializing in concrete work. He was also a driver and a talented mechanic, always ready to lend a helping hand or share his knowledge. His strong work ethic was matched only by his generous spirit. He was one call away for anyone who needed him.

He is lovingly remembered by his five siblings

Martin, Eddy, Miguel, Leticia, and Maria

Although he had no children he left behind his many nieces and nephews who loved him dearly.

He also leaves behind countless friends who were just as much family to him, each touched by his kindness, humor, and loyalty.

Tav was known for his positive outlook on life and his free spirit he truly marched to the beat of his own drum. He had a deep love for music, good food, his family, and his friends. He also had a special appreciation for Cars, the Pittsburgh Steelers, UofA and the simple joys of life that brought people together.

His laughter, warmth, and unforgettable presence will be deeply missed but forever cherished in the hearts of those who knew and loved him
