Ola Laffitte Obituary
Ola Bernadette Laffitte of Mansfield, Louisiana entered into eternal rest on December 12, 2023. She was born on July 26, 1938, to Aynayd Gabriel Guedry and Bernadette Babin Guedry.
A visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Friday, December 15, 2023, located at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 943 Polk St. in Mansfield, Louisiana. Funeral services honoring the life of Ola will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, December 16, 2023, located at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Mansfield. Officiating the service will be Father Mark Franklin. Interment will be held at Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Carmel, Louisiana.
Ola was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Bernard Hewitt Laffitte. Left to cherish her memory include her sons, Paul Laffitte (Lisa Davidson), and Eddie Laffitte (Regina); granddaughter, Kelsey Davidson (Paul Lawrence); great-grandchildren, Caden Collins and Ivy Lawrence; along with sister, Marie Goutreau (Howard).
