A Time to Love
In 1958, Mother Price joined together in Holy Matrimony to Mose Price, Jr. She was a faithful and devoted wife and a loving mother to her children.
A Time to Serve
Mother Ollie Elizabeth Price gave her life to the Lord in 1960. Hungry for the Word of God, she joined the Church of God By Faith, looking to perfect the journey of eternal life. The leadership who helped to shape her spiritual life were many to include, Bishop Willie W. Matthews, Elder Robert L. Evens, Deacon Ananias Wright, Elder Theodore and Vivian Brown, Deacon Andrew Floyd, Deacon Howard Bedford, and Mother Nettie Brown. In her service, she held many of offices such as the Ocala District Sunday School Teacher, Ocala District Pastor's Wives Treasurer, Home Mission Secretary, Jiles Memorial Sunday School Teacher, and Ocala District Mother. She was a teacher to anyone who was willing to hear God's Word.
A Time To Die: She will be Sorely Missed
On April 13, 2024, at the age of 80, the spirit of our Dear Beloved Mother Ollie Elizabeth Price, heard the calling of God and took flight to meet her Savior in that home not built by the hands of man, but whose maker and builder is God.
A Time to Mourn
She was preceded in death by her Husband, Mose Price, Jr., and loved ones Millie Clark, William Kerrison, Ruth Virginia Kerrison, Wilhelmina L. Youmans, Herbert Youmans, Celia Cannon, Eugene Cannon, Helen Kerrison, Lawrence Kerrison, Margaret Kerrison, and William Williams.
She leaves cherished memories with her Children: Lawendell Price (Kathy) of Ocala, FL, Barberella Price and Mart Price (Dyjuna), both of Okahumpka, FL, Denise Elliott of Hampton, VA, Debbie Murphy (Matthew) of Hampton, VA, and Keith Price of Altamonte Springs, FL; Siblings: William Kerrison of Lakeland, FL, Mildred Kerrison of Leesburg, FL, Shirley Richardson (Larry) of Rochester, NY, Alice Williams of Leesburg, FL, and Jerome Kerrison of Tallahassee, FL; Grandchildren: Lawendell Price, II (Delanea), Jennifer Pryor, Wendi Weary (Benjamin), Jenesha Elliott, Kayla Price, Chenita Spencer (Robert), Elizabeth Price, Matthew L. Murphy, Jr., McKenzie Price; and a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and loved ones.
