Orazio Paul "Raz" Buttafuoco

Orazio "Raz" Buttafuoco, Age 90, of Ave Maria, FL, passed away on December 31st, 2025. Born on September 25th,1935 in Brooklyn, NY, he was a devoted husband to Ruth Buttafuoco for almost 70 years, and a loving father to Daniel Buttafuoco, Debra Ward, and Mark Buttafuoco.

"Raz" was a hard-working and dedicated family man. He served in The National Guard and was occupied in the beauty salon business years since his early days. Despite his many responsibilities, he always made time for his family and his passions. Though Dad may not have liked being the center of attention, he deserves to have his long years of fatherly love honored. He was a faithful, loving, gentle man of an extremely joyful nature which impacted everyone around him. Dad's hobbies and interests helped define who he was. He enjoyed reading and studying along with world travel. His love for learning new things was something he shared with his children, leaving a mark on all of us that will never fade.

He is survived by a brother, Stephen Buttafuoco, a sister, Joann Santiago, eight grandchildren: Kristen, Taryn, Rachel, Gabrielle, Andrew, Matthew, Rebecca and Jessica, as well as 7 great-grandchildren: Braeden, Arienne, Eponine, Maddox, Daniel, Levi and Stella along with many friends and extended family members who will miss him dearly.

A funeral service will be held on January 4th, at 1:00 pm at Fuller Funeral Home on 1625 Pine Ridge Road, Naples, FL 34109.

We find comfort in knowing that Dad's legacy lives on through the lessons he taught us, the love he shared, and the memories we will cherish forever.
