Paige Rydalch

Paige Judith Rydalch, age 20, passed away in a tragic car accident returning to college on Monday, January 16, 2023. Paige was born on December 3, 2002, to Ryan and Sheree Rydalch. Paige is big sister to Gage Rydalch. Paige was a Sophomore at Snow College in Ephraim, Utah and was a member of the Badger Softball Team. Paige was set to graduate with an Associate of Science Degree in May. She had dreamed of becoming a nurse since she was in the 4th grade and had already applied to nursing school hoping to be accepted in the fall. Paige played for accelerated softball teams Detonation, TC Thunder, and Rampage throughout her youth. She loved all her teammates and coaches and learned many life lessons on and off the field from them. Paige graduated from Tooele High School in 2021 as a student athlete, playing all four years on the Tooele Buffaloes Softball Team. Tooele winning the Utah 4A State Softball Championship as a Sophomore was a highlight in Paige's softball career. Paige was a bright light to her family and friends. She enjoyed being at home and around her family. She touched many lives with her love of softball, her passion for learning, and her competitiveness. Paige was a small-town country girl at heart and loved riding horses, herding, vaccinating, weaning, and branding cows with family in Rush Valley and Ophir. Paige lost her beloved horse Snowball in the summer of 2022. Paige was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and currently was serving as Relief Society Secretary in her Ward at Snow College.
Paige is survived by her parents Ryan and Sheree, brother Gage, Grandparents John and Debbie Rydalch and Blaine and Judith Russell. Uncles and Aunts – Ryan and Becky Russell, Kyle and Kelly Russell, Randee and Shane Perkins, Robin and Jason Smart and many close cousins. A viewing will be held on Friday, January 20, 2023, from 6:00-8:00pm and January 21, 2023, from 9:30-10:45am at the Stockton LDS Ward prior to the funeral services. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 21, 2023, at 11:00am in the Stockton Ward LDS Chapel, Stockton, Utah. Paige will be laid to rest in the Tooele City Cemetery.
