Pamela Jean Alfonsi, age 74, of Roscommon, Michigan, passed away on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, in Grayling, Michigan. Born December 3, 1950, in Port Huron, Michigan, to Arthur Edwin Spencer Jr. and Bernice (Bradshaw) Spencer.
Pamela married her beloved husband, Anthony Alfonsi, on July 2, 1976, in Port Huron. Pamela and Anthony made their home in Marysville, Michigan, until relocating to Roscommon when Anthony retired.
A devoted wife, mother, sister, and grandmother, Pamela was always ready to offer support, guidance, or a helping hand to her family. She also always took great delight in feeding and watching the deer, turkeys, and other wildlife that wandered into her yard.
She is survived by her husband, of nearly 49 years, Anthony Alfonsi; her daughter, Stephanie Pilat (Ron Pilat); and her sons, Thomas Spencer and Timothy Spencer, whom Pamela and her sister Brenda raised alongside Stephanie; her grandchildren, Trevor Rich (Ali Rich) and Madison Rich; her great-grandchildren, Jayce, Emerson, and Presley; her brothers, Jeffery Spencer (Mary Spencer) and John Spencer (Gale Spencer); and a loving circle of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Pamela was preceded in death by her son, Bradley Borowski; her granddaughter, Meghan Rich; her siblings, Thomas E. Spencer, Donald Spencer, and Brenda Carney; and her parents, Arthur Edwin Spencer Jr. and Bernice (Bradshaw) Spencer. They are now reunited once again.
Pamela's family has chosen to remember her privately at this time, and no services will be held.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Wagner and Walsh Funeral Directors, Roscommon.
