Pamela Ann Bay (nee: Wilkinson), of O'Fallon, MO passed away on Monday, June 16, 2025.
She was born on July 22, 1943 in Bonne Terre, MO to the late Edgar and Ruth Wilkinson (nee: Hughes). She had reached the age of 81.
Pamela is survived by her beloved husband of Ronald Bay for 65 years; cherished mother of Andrea (David) Davis, and Jason (Kelly) Bay; dear grandmother of Tyler (Elizabeth) Walters, and Braxton and Brady Bay; great-grandmother of Bay and Cooper Walters. She is preceded in death by her parents, Edgar and Ruth (Jaunita) Wilkinson; and her brother, Bradley Wilkinson. Pam was a beloved wife, loving mother and grandmother, cherished aunt, cousin, and friend to many. She is dearly loved and will be missed by all those who knew her.
After graduating from Mineral Area College in 1963 she worked as a Budget Analysis for the U.S. Army until 1973 when she became a stay-at-home mom. A proud member of John Knox Presbyterian Church where she held many positions, from Deacon to Sunday School Superintendent. When her kids were in school, she was very active in the Hazelwood PTA and volunteered to help at many of the schools events. Pam loved lake life and would spend her summers at the lake enjoying family time, visiting with lake friends and boating.
A Celebration of Life Memorial visitation will be held for Pamela from 1:00pm-4:00pm on Sunday, July 27, 2025, at Hutchens-Stygar Funeral & Cremation Center in the Confluence Reception Center.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations are appreciated to the Alzheimer's Association in honor of Pamela.
