Pamela L. Hollenbach, 68, of Meadow Lands, passed away peacefully, Sunday, January 26, 2025, in the Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh. She was born January 3, 1957, in Washington, a daughter of the late Raymond and Bertha Soloman Griffin. Pam was a graduate of Immaculate Conception High School and had been a member of the Immaculate Conception Church. Mrs. Hollenbach retired after more than 30 years of service from Giant Eagle in Washington. Her enjoyments included Bingo, the Meadows Casino, taking trips to Atlantic City, craft shows and finding treasures at yard sales. She was a great cook and allowed no one to leave her home hungry. With everything going on, her family was first. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren and being involved with all of their activities. On March17, 1979, she married Anthony L. "Skook" Hollenbach who survives. Also surviving are three sons, Anthony L. Hollenbach II (Bobbi Jo) of Canonsburg, James Hollenbach (Nicholle) of Houston and Gabriel Hollenbach of Meadow Lands; seven grandchildren, Hailee Kreisel, Bradyn and Danica Hollenbach, Lucas and Landon Strimel and Jordyn and Isabella Hollenbach; five sisters, Monica Malloy of Bethel Park, Margaret Swan (George) of Aiken, SC, Cindy Hampton (Dale) of Washington, Michelle Shook of Washington and Brenda DiDonato (Steve) of Pittsburgh; and many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 4 to 7:00 p.m. the time of service, on Thursday, January 30, 2025, in the McIlvaine-Speakman Funeral Home Ltd., Robert K. McIlvaine, Owner/Supervisor, 27 Cherry Ave., Houston, PA 15342.
