Pamela Joers

Pamela Sue Joers, 75, of Concord, Michigan, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, November 26, 2025, surrounded by her family and friends.
Born on October 7, 1950, in Battle Creek, Michigan, Pam was the daughter of John and Mildred Hess. She grew up in Concord, Michigan, and graduated from the local high school. In 1969, she married the love of her life, David Louis Joers, and together they built a warm, welcoming home filled with love, laughter, and tradition.
A devoted homemaker, Pam poured her heart into raising her family and creating a life centered on joy and connection. She was a passionate gardener, active in her local garden club, and brought her whimsical creativity to life through her beloved fairy parties and Winn-Dixie parties, both fondly remembered by all who attended. She also loved hosting Christmas Eve parties, a tradition that brought her family and friends together year after year.
Pam had a special gift for making people feel seen, valued, and welcomed. Anyone who knew her became a forever friend. She had a way of turning acquaintances into family. She also enjoyed collecting Christmas ornaments, a hobby that filled the holidays with meaning and memories.
Pam was preceded in death by her parents, John and Mildred Hess.
She is survived by her husband of 56 years, David; her children, Carrie, Sherry (Randy), and Tom; her cherished grandchildren: Madelyn (Peyton), Caroline, Nathan, John Henry, Rocco, and Rex; and her siblings, Pat (Harvey) Griffiths and Doug (Lisa) Hess.
She will be deeply missed and forever remembered for her kindness, warmth, creativity, and the love she poured into every corner of her life.
A Celebration of Pam's life will be held Friday December 5, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Concord United Methodist Church with the family receiving friends starting at 9:00 AM.
The family encourages everyone to wear something flowery or bright colors to celebrate Pam.
