Pamela Annette Longazo, 60, of Cedar City, Utah peacefully passed away Tuesday, April 2, 2024. She was born October 12, 1963 in Westminster, California to Robert L. and Rose M. (nee Williams) Longazo of Cedar City. She lived with her family in Huntington Beach, California until the age of 12 when the family moved to Norco, California; it is here where she graduated from Norco Senior High School. After her father retired, in 2001, she moved with her parents to Cedar City.
Pam loved music and played the guitar. She was very close to her Savior Jesus Christ. Pam exuded an aura of innocence and loved her family. She was a devoted and life-long member of the Church of Jesus Christ
of Latter-Day Saints. Unfortunately, for many years, she struggled with her health, which kept her bedridden and prevented her from being able to participate in normal activities.
She is survived by her parents and six siblings: Debbie L. (Ben R.) Fuller of Cedar City, Linda M. (Ralph D.) Hernandez of Redding, California, R. Michael Longazo of Corona, California, Ronald R. (Debra A.) Longazo of Corona, California, Teresa G. (Martin W.) Jiles of Trinidad, Colorado, and Steven J. (Taralyn) Longazo of North Salt Lake. She is also survived by seven nephews, three nieces, four grandnephews and six
grandnieces.
Graveside Services will be held Tuesday, April 9, 2024 at Cedar City Cemetery after the viewing. The viewing will be held from 10:30 A.M. to 11:30 A.M. at Southern Utah Mortuary in Cedar City, Utah.
The family would like to thank the members of the Mesa Hills Ward for their care and attention over the 23 years of her living in Cedar City, as well as the caretakers of Cedar Health and Rehabilitation Center, where she resided over the last four years.
