Pamela Jo Painter of Anderson, IN passed away on June 26, 2024, unexpectedly with family by her side. She was the daughter of Albert and Roberta Gray. She graduated from Jefferson High School in Lafayette. She retired from Purdue University.
She married Bradley Shaff in 1972 and later divorced. Pam lived in Phoenix for 14 years and returned to Indiana in 2015.
She enjoyed fishing, hunting, and casinos. What she loved the most was spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Surviving are daughters, Brady (JD) Pruitt, Marci Shaff, and Trish (Greg) Lambert; sister, Cheryl Gray; 9 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Roberta and brother, Keith.
The visitation will be from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Sunday, June 30, 2024, at Bozell Funeral Homes-Brown-Butz-Diedring Chapel, 515 E. 53rd St., Anderson, IN 46013. The funeral ceremony will begin at 1:00 PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society or an Animal Shelter of your choosing. Pamela's services have been entrusted to Bozell Funeral Homes.
