Pamela Smith

Pamela Ann Smith, 59, of Columbia, Missouri, passed away peacefully on August 16, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family.

Born on October 4, 1965, in Columbia, Pamela was the beloved daughter of Ernest Smith and the late Ruby (Whittler) Smith. She was a lifelong resident of Columbia and a cherished daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. She was a 1984 graduate of Hickman High School. Pamela is survived by her devoted father, Ernest Smith; her brothers, Daryl (Natalie) Smith and Carl (Elizabeth) Smith; and her sisters, Cheree (Keith) Jordan and Stacye Smith, and a host of nieces, nephews, and great nieces and great nephews. She was preceded in death by her loving mother, Ruby (Whittler) Smith.

Known for her quiet nature and infectious laugh, Pamela had a unique giggle that could light up any room. Her deep love for her family was evident in the way she was doted on by her nieces. She treasured family gatherings and big dinners, where she found joy in simply being together.

Pamela had a beautiful singing voice and served as a soprano in the church choir at Destiny Worship Center International, where her love for Christian music uplifted those around her. She also enjoyed relaxing with her favorite classic TV shows on MeTV.

Pamela's warmth, kindness, and gentle spirit will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Family will receive friends on Friday August 22, 2025, from 11:00am – 12:00pm followed by service at 12:00pm at Parker-Millard Funeral Service & Crematory 12 E. Ash St. Columbia, MO 65203.
