Patricia Altergott Obituary
Patricia passed away on Sunday, March 23, 2025 at Symphony Tri-Cities at the age of 56. The daughter of the late James and Jacqueline (Hodder) Jackson was born May 25, 1968 in Bay City, Michigan. Patricia worked at Saginaw Valley State University and sang with the SVSU choir. She was an avid Filker, worked security for various special events and was the commanding officer of the H.R. Doud Division of the Navy Sea Cadets.
Patricia is survived by her husband of 33 years, John Altergott; three sons, Daniel Altergott, Alexander Altergott and Matthew Altergott; one brother, Chris Meier and one sister, Stacy Kott. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her brother, James Jackson.
Funeral service will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 29, 2025 at the Gephart Funeral Home. Visitation will take place on Friday, March 28, 2025 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home and on Saturday from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorial contributions to the H.R. Doud Division of the Navy Sea Cadets or the American Cancer Society.
