The Memorial services celebrating and honoring the life of Patricia “Pat” Carter, 76, of Enid, will be held 10:00 A.M. Thursday November 20, 2025, in the Billings Christian Church with Pastor Curtis Stall officiating. Burial will follow in the Billings Cemetery.
Pat was born February 11, 1949, to Warren “Mac” and Rose Ann (Rafferty) Worrell in San Franscisco, California and passed from this life November 16, 2025.
She was raised and educated in Billings, graduating from Billings High School with the class of 1967. She then went on to achieve her bachelor’s in education from Oklahoma State University. She taught First Grade at Billings For over 37 years retiring in 2010. She taught piano lessons. She was a very caring person and was involved in everyone’s life. She was in constant contact with her siblings, always talking every Sunday. She was a dedicated member of the Billings Christian Church.
She is survived by her cousins John Graber his wife Pam and their son Josh Graber and Mark Graber; her nieces Vickie Panach and Rebecca Panach, nephews Brian Panach and Mason Panach; her grandkids Karma Pemberton, Emily Rupp, CJ Smith, Eric Barney, Shawn Struble, Joshua Struble and Crystal Ward; her great grandchildren Daygen Pemberton, Kase Pemberton, Keith Barney, Ryker Barney, Jax Garis, Seth Smith, Shane Smith, Ava Rupp, Kaylynn Rupp, Karsyn Struble, Kendyl Struble, Trinity Ward, Erica Ward, Colt Ward, Conner Struble, Parker Struble.
She was preceded in death by her husband Gene Carter; one step-son Darrell Carter, two step- daughters Vickie Struble and Jackie Carter her parents Mac and Rose Ann Worrell and two sisters, Sue Panach and Betty Fagan; and one great grandchild Makayla Barney.
