Patricia C. Daloisio, of Lawrenceville, passed away peacefully Tuesday, June 17, 2025 at the age of 93, surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of Ralph C. Daloisio, Sr. and together they shared 51 years of marriage. She was born on December 29, 1931, in Princeton, NJ, the daughter of Cornelius Cavanaugh and Emma (Pullen) Cavanaugh. She is survived by her children: Rodney Richards and his wife Janet, Ralph C. Daloisio, Jr and his wife Yvonne, Carleen Burrows and her husband John, and Charles Daloisio and his wife Dawn; her 11 grandchildren: Jesse, Kate, Brian, Ross, Julian, Rachael, Nora, Scott, Corinne, Braeden and Christopher; and her 5 great-grandchildren: Sienna, Shaun, Genevieve, Cole and Juliette. She is also survived by her sister Mary of VA, and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by her son, Stephen Richards and her brothers, Joe (Junie), Thomas (Buddy), William (Billy), and John (Jack).
Patricia worked for many years as an executive secretary and retired from the State of NJ as an administrative assistant. She had a strong catholic faith and her love of the Lord was unwavering and the center of her life. She was devoted to our Blessed Mother, St. Joseph, St. Jude and St. Anthony. Not a day went by without daily prayers.
She loved thrifting and collecting keepsakes. She not only shopped for herself but mostly sought the perfect gift for others. She always put others ahead of herself and wanted you to feel special and loved. She enjoyed going to Atlantic City and Parks Casino, with any friend or family member who was willing to drive her there!
Patricia's most cherished moments were spending time with her family and friends, hosting holidays in the patio of their Ewing home, and having weekly pasta dinner nights. She was so proud of and loved her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren with all of her heart. She loved to brag about each of them every chance she got to whomever would listen, whether they wanted to hear or not!
She was passionate about being Irish, and it was a must that we all celebrate St. Patrick's Day. She was thrilled to visit the beautiful countryside of Ireland with her son, Rodney. Patricia was thoughtful and kind, going out of her way to help others in any way she could, no matter the cost to herself. She donated to many charities and touched countless lives with her love.
They say a life lived in the service of others is a life well lived. Well, Patricia's life was so well lived!
Family and Friends are invited to a visitation on Wednesday, June 25, 2025 from 8:30 AM-9:30 AM at Murphy Funeral Home, 935 Parkway Ave, Ewing, NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM at Incarnation Church, 1545 Pennington Road, Ewing, NJ. Burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, Hamilton, NJ.
