It is with deep and profound sympathy that we announce the transition of Mrs. Patricia A. Daniels who entered into rest July 7, 2024.
Mrs. Daniels, a native of Edgefield County, was a 1976 graduate of Strom Thurmond High School. She continued her education at Paine College in Augusta, GA where she graduated with a BA in Psychology. She was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.
Survivors include a sister, Dorothy M. Williams (Eugene); sisters-in-law, Clarice Simmons and Jacquelyn Simmons; brother-in-law, James L. Russell, Jr.; nieces, Keonte N. O'Neal, Teresa C. McLaurin (Monyet), Detria C. Brown (Jeremy), Donnis Russell, Nikki William and Angela Wesby; great-nieces, Faith W. Holmes (Juwan), Makala McLaurin, Mya Brown, Gracie Cheatham, Miracle Simmons, Ava Booth and Charlie Fagan; Goddaughters, Dominique Lyons, Ria Usher and Rosylin Usher; nephews, Andrick D. O'Neal, James Russell III (Shonda), Zaccheus Russell (Nicole), Martin L. Simmons, Terrance Cheatham (Rondi), and Earnest Simmons, Jr. (Dearra); great-nephews, James Russell IV, Kendrick Russell, Earnest Simmons III, Emmanuel Pressley, Jeremy Brown, Jr.; Godson, Mitchell Andrews; a host of other relatives and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, July 13, 2024 at the L. W. Collins Building on the campus of Bettis Academy with the Rev. Oscar W. Brown officiating.
