Patricia Duty Obituary
She was born June 22, 1948 in Elmira, NY and was the daughter of the late Harold and Catherine (Fair) Bowman. She was raised and educated in the Hopkinton, MA. Area and was a graduate of Hopkinton High School.
She was employed for over 16 years as a Transportation Dispatcher and Telecommunication Specialist with Tewksbury Hospital of Tewksbury, MA. Ms. Duty was a lifelong resident of the Hopkinton, MA. Area, having recently moved to Merrimack to be close to her daughter.
She loved to cook, enjoyed reading and especially loved taking care of her friends and family.
Members of the family include her daughter and son-in-law, Darleen and John Goodspeed of Merrimack, her step-son William Duty of North Carolina, 3 brothers, David Bowman of Hopkinton, MA, John Bowman of Hopkinton, MA and Ronald Bowman of Whitinsville, MA., 5 grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Calling hours will be Sunday from 1pm to 4pm at the George R. Rivet Funeral Home 425 Daniel Webster Highway Merrimack, NH 03054. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday at 11am at Our Lady of Mercy Church, 16 Baboosic Lake Road Merrimack, NH 03054 and burial will follow at Last Rest Cemetery of Merrimack.
