Michael James "Mike" Duty

Michael "Mike" James Duty, 78, of Dayton, KY, passed away on Thursday, June 26, 2025, at St. Elizabeth Healthcare, Ft. Thomas with his loving family by his side.
Mike was born November 23, 1946, to James Duty and Shirley (nee: Lape) Duty. He was preceded in death by his Parents, Daughter Anissa Harris, Sister Donna, & Nephew, Larry.
Mike is survived by his Wife of 58 years, Erlene (nee: Visse) Duty, Daughters Alisha Schwierjohann (Tim), Ashel (Rob) Kruetzkamp, Sons Michael Duty, Damien Duty, and Son-in-Law Bill Harris. Mike was a loving grandpa to 11 Grandchildren (Taren, Lauren, Rachel, Tyler, Jordan, Zach, Savannah, Grant, Ava, Damien, and Bradyn), 15 Great
Grandchildren, 1 Great Great Grandchild, Brother Gregory (Theresa) Duty, Sister-in-Laws Joyce Dullaghan, Steph (Russ) Renaud, and Brother-in-Law Chuck Visse. Mike also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
Mike was a retired salesman. He had a love for fishing and listening to older country music. He enjoyed being outside especially watching the deer and birds in his backyard.
A Memorial Mass will be held Thursday, July 10, 2025, at St. Bernard Church, Dayton, Kentucky at 4pm. Celebration of life will immediately follow mass at Garvey Hall.
