Patricia A. Glenny, a beloved mother and nurse's aide from Canton, Ohio, passed away on September 30, 2024, at the age of 78. The daughter of Edward and Helen Roudebush, born in Gravestone, Pennsylvania, on September 21, 1946. She attended Lincoln High School in Canton where she made many lasting friendships. Throughout her life, she found joy in collecting elephants and spent countless hours in her backyard watching the birds. She dedicated her career to working in the healthcare industry for 32 years as a state tested nurse's aide at the Colonial Nursing Center, where she touched the lives of many with her compassionate care. In addition to her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by her husband James Glenny, son David Kelly, and sisters Sandy Hoover, Charlotte Hill, and Elaine Higgins. She is survived by son Chris Kelly, daughter Katie (Robert) Philbrick, and five grandchildren.
Friends and family are invited to a graveside service to honor Patricia's memory, which will be held at Sunset Hills Memory Gardens on October 4, 2024, at 10:00 am with Chaplain Amy Downard officiating.
Although her physical presence will be greatly missed, Patricia's memory and the love she shared with those around her will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. May she rest in peace.
