Patricia "Pat" Kerlin, age 84, of Lawrenceville, GA passed away on Tuesday, July 29, 2025 after a brief illness. Pat was born on November 17, 1940 to the late Horace and Ruby Fowler Love. She was a 1958 graduate of Central Gwinnett Hight School in Lawrenceville, GA. Pat worked at the Federal Reserve of Atlanta and JG Dyer Elementary as a para-professional, but her greatest job was raising her children. She was the most loving mother in the whole world. In 1961, she married Billy Kerlin, and they were married for 58 years before his passing. Pat loved cooking, flowers, gardening, making beautiful flower arrangements, and being involved at church. Her greatest pride and joy were her children and grandson.
She is survived by her loving daughters, Sheri Kerlin Hunter and Patti Kerlin Pescitelli (Steve); grandson, Noah Pescitelli; sisters, Linda Clark (Walter), Melissa White (Andy); as well as nieces, nephews, other family and special friends. In addition to her parents and her husband, Patricia was preceded in death by her daughter, Heather Paige Kerlin and brother, James Horace Love, Jr "Bo"
Patricia Kerlin was a Lifetime member of First Baptist Church of Lawrenceville & member of the Phoebe Sunday school class.
A Memorial Service Honoring the Life of Pat will be held on Saturday, August 9, 2025 at 2:00PM at Lawrenceville First Baptist Church with Dr. Lamar Holley and Jean Holley officiating. The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 9th from 1:00PM-2:00PM at the church. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to either First Baptist Church of Lawrenceville, the Heather Kerlin Cheerleading Scholarship at Dacula High School or Kid Stuff at Kidstuff-usa.org.
