Patricia Ann (Tubaugh) Leech, 95, of Mount Vernon, OH passed away on October 9, 2025, at Country Club Retirement Campus surrounded by her family. She was born on October 27, 1929, to Russell and Helena (Schwall) Tubaugh in Cleveland, OH.
Patricia graduated from Denison University and lived in the Toledo area until 1999 when she and her husband Charles moved to Gambier, OH. She was a member of Church of the Holy Spirit and was a member of Harcourt Parish on the Campus of Kenyon College.
Patricia is survived by her children, a son Charles R. (Monica) Leech III of Logan, OH and her daughter Wendy (Michael) Wolfe of Gambier, OH; grandchildren Elizabeth Harper Johnson and Maxwell Leech Wolfe.
Patricia was preceded in death by her husband Charles R. Leech Jr. of 60 years and a son Timothy David Leech.
Pat was very grateful for the wonderful family and friends she was privileged to have over many years and wishes them joyous and fulfilling lives.
There will be a private burial at Quarry Chapel Cemetery in Gambier, OH.
