Patricia A. Manley (McCune) ObituaryEAST LIVERPOOL – Patricia A. "Pat" Manley, 88, of East Liverpool, passed away on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at Calcutta Health Care Center.
Pat was born in Newell, WV, on December 15, 1936, a daughter of the late Cloyd and Gladys L. (Barnes) McCune. She was a graduate of Chester High School. Pat worked as a secretary for East Liverpool City Schools retiring in 2009. She enjoyed reading books in her spare time. Most importantly, she was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
Preceding Pat in death were her husband Richard A. Manley, Sr.; son Richard A. Manley, Jr. and four brothers Ronald, Robert, William and Donald McCune.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughter Suzanne Workman and her husband Rick; two sons Scott R. Manley and Chris E. Manley; five grandchildren Heather Curran and her fiancé Michael Phelps, Jr., Jennifer Manley, Jack Manley, Kenzi Manley and Grace Manley and two great grandchildren Kristen Carroll and Michael Phelps III.
Friends may visit Monday at the Dawson Funeral Home where the family will be present from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Evangelist Will Montgomery will conduct a funeral service at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial at Hammondsville Cemetery.
