It is with deep sorrow and much love that we announce the peaceful passing of Patricia Louise (Warner) McLean, on July 4, 2025.
She was born in Hartford, CT on March 19, 1947, to her father Everett "Pete" Warner and mother, Marilyn "Mertz" (Finkle) Warner. Patricia "Patty" or "Pat" grew up in East Hartford, CT and graduated from East Hartford High School in 1965 along with many of her lifelong friends.
On June 24, 1967, she married George Michael "Mike" McLean. After the marriage Patty and Mike moved to Keeseville, NY where they raised their loving family. Mike predeceased her, October 16, 1998.
Patty worked at the Keeseville National Bank until the building of McLean's Family Restaurant in 1970 where she then worked, owned and operated for many years.
Patricia enjoyed playing golf with her friends and family. For many years she bowled in a league at the Keeseville Bowling Alley. She was a lifetime member of the women's auxiliary at the Keeseville Elks Lodge.
Patricia was known for her funny wit and ability to make everyone around her laugh. For over half of her life she worked, owned and operated McLean's Family Restaurant in Keeseville where she enjoyed sharing a laugh with coworkers and guests. For many years besides working, she cared for her loving sister-in-law, Lori, who she adored. The two spent many winters in Spring Hill, FL together.
Left to cherish her in loving memory are, her son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Jenny McLean; daughter, Michele McLean; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Robert and Donna Warner, James and Karen Warner, and Arthur Robin Warner; sister and brother-in-law, Lynn and Carl Doner; four grandchildren, Payton McLean, Killian McLean, Ireland McLean and husband Kevin (Burns), and Marissa McLean; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, Patricia was predeceased by her brother, Richard Warner; parents-in-law, George and Leah McLean; sister-in-law, Lori McLean; and longtime companion, Colin Arthur.
Calling hours will be held Saturday, July 12, 2025 from 10 to Noon at the Hamilton Funeral Home, 294 Mannix Road, Peru. A funeral service will follow at Noon in the Hamilton Funeral Home Chapel. Committal prayers and burial will follow in St. John's Cemetery in Keeseville. A reception will follow at the Keeseville Elks Lodge, from 1 to 3 PM.
