Patricia McTyre

Patricia McTyre, 72, of Pilesgrove, NJ, passed away peacefully on July 12, 2025. Born in Bridgeton, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Lillian (Elbertson) Garrison.
Patricia was a woman of deep faith and warmth, a member of Hope Christian Fellowship Church in Woodbury, having first been baptized at Central Baptist Church in Millville. She lived a life centered on love-especially for her family-and her generosity and creativity touched all who knew her.
She found joy in many things: shopping (especially on Amazon), cooking and baking for those she loved, crafting, traveling, planning memorable family reunions, and entertaining family and friends at her home. But above all, Patricia cherished the time she spent with her family, especially her beloved grandchildren.
She is survived by her devoted husband of 33 years, Daniel McTyre; her children, David Woolson and his wife Kim, Lauren Chaine and her husband Mitch, and Chris McTyre and his wife Erica; and her four adored grandchildren, Brelyn, Sofia, Ashton, and Amari. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her two sisters, Carol "Linda" McGuire and Donna Gellert.
Services will be held on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at Adams Funeral Home, 64 Broad Street, Woodstown. The family will receive visitors beginning at 10:00 AM, with a service to follow at 11:00 AM. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
