Loving mother of Charles "Chuck" A. Moore and Kristin M. Zuk (Peter); Devoted grandmother of Robert E. Moore, Anthony C. Moore (Michelle), Brian K. Moore, MacKenzie H. Moore (Justyn Hargan), Sophia C. Zuk, Elizabeth M. Urban, and Isaac A. Wood. Proud great-grandmother of Isabella, Emma, Francisco Paulino, Tanner B. Moore and Westyn R. Hargan; cousin, Becky Metranga; also survived by her sisters-in-law, numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Patricia was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 59 years, Earl "Elmo" Bernard Moore; daughters, Kimberly A. Moore and Mary A. Moore-Gish.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13, 2025 from 3-8pm at Lynch & Sons Funeral Home 404 E. Liberty St. Milford, MI 48381. A Rosary will be held at 7pm.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at 11:00am at St. Mary's Catholic Church 1955 E. Commerce St. Milford, MI 48381. Visitation begins at the church at 10:00am.
Interment will be held at Milford Memorial Cemetery immediately following.
Those wishing to make an expression of sympathy are asked to consider a donation to the American Cancer Society.
