She leaves behind her beloved husband, Donald N. Perron, of Shrewsbury; her children, Donald F. Perron and his wife Janine Perron, of Shrewsbury; Deborah (Perron) Grady, of Shrewsbury; Kelly Marcimo Everitt and her husband Ronald Everitt, of Bourne, David N. Perron, of Worcester, Susan Perron and her significant other Jason Spratt, of Troy, MI, and predeceased by her son John (Jackie) E. Perron;
Her grandchildren, Erin Grady and her significant other, Alex Reardon, of Westboro; Sean Grady and his wife Anastasia, of Lunenburg, Brett Marcimo and his wife Sarah, of Alton Bay, NH; Brooke Marcimo, of Marina del Ray, CA; Olivia Perron of Troy, MI, Ronald Everitt, Jr. and his wife Rebecca, of Hardwick, Lena Everitt and her significant other Bryan Martin, of Albany, NY;
Her great-grandchildren, Lily, William, and Violet Grady, Aubrey and Jack Reardon, Eleanora, and Anthony Everitt;
Her sisters, Philippa Lynch of Burbank, CA, and Elizabeth Bergstrom of Framingham; niece and nephew, Tracy Lynch-Sanchez, Burbank, CA, and Ryan Lynch and Christine, of Escondido, CA; and great-grandniece and nephew, Maggie Sanchez and Justin Lynch. Patricia was also predeceased by her parents, Francis "Swede" and Olive (Hawley) Bergstrom.
Patricia was born in Worcester and was raised and educated in Shrewsbury. She graduated from Shrewsbury High School. After many years of dedicated service, she retired from IKON Office Solutions in Westboro.
Pat, along with her husband Don, raised their large family in Edgemere along the shores of Lake Quinsigamond at Sunset Beach, where she kept a sharp eye as a lifeguard and taught swimming lessons. The beach was her favorite place, they regularly traveled to Wickford, Misquamicut, and Block Island. She and Don also enjoyed many years of boating on the Sela, along the coast of Rhode Island.
Pat loved spending time with friends and family, often meeting for lunch at the Lakeside and Bertucci's, where everyone knew her as Nana. She was a fantastic cook, hosting large family dinners for all major holidays, and no one made a better Thanksgiving meal. Christmas holidays were legendary, with many friends joining the family to experience the pandemonium and fun, including the year that Christmas was "stolen."
She adored her many pets over the years, especially her Siamese cats Gatsby, Victoria, and Daisy.
She took pleasure in gardening and feeding the birds. An avid reader, always in the middle of a good book. She was a serious shopper, always looking for gifts or just the right décor for her beautiful home.
Above all else, Patricia loved her family and friends, and she will be incredibly missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Worcester Animal Rescue League (https://worcesterarl.org/).
Relatives and friends are invited to visit with the Perron family from 3 to 6 PM on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at the BRITTON-SHREWSBURY FUNERAL HOME, 648 Main St., Shrewsbury, MA. Burial will be held at a later date for her family.
