Patricia Ptak Obituary

In addition to her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by her husband of sixty-one years, Jerome F. Ptak in 2015; brother, Dick Hamilton; and daughter-in-law, Cherrel McNatt Ptak.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Suzie Schwartz (Norton) and Cindy Ptak Chamberlain (James) both of Virginia and son, Jerry Ptak of Texas. Other survivors include grandchildren, Luke and Alexandra Chamberlain, Drew and Jeffrey Ptak along with a host of friends and loved ones.
Mrs. Ptak will be laid to rest with her husband at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery at 12:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 11, 2025.. In lieu of flowers please donate to BrightFocus Foundation at BrightFocus Foundation
