Patricia L. Simmons, 64, of Sheboygan, passed away on Monday, November 10, 2025 at her home.
She was born February 11, 1961 in Plymouth to the late Robert L. and Evelyn O. Schiefelbein Bower. She attended area schools and graduated from North High School. On July 24, 2009, she was united in marriage to Richard J. Simmons at Christ Lutheran Church in Sheboygan.
Patty worked at Kwik Trip for many years and at Piggly Wiggly and Walmart in the deli department. She was a member of Christ Lutheran Church. She enjoyed gardening and spending time outdoors and loved to cook for her family.
She is survived by her husband Richard; her son, William Simmons, Sheboygan, her step-children, Shawn Lukens, West Bend, Carrie Baake, Sheboygan, Erin Simmons, Sheboygan, Ryan (Jillian) Simmons, Green Bay, and Casey Simmons, Sheboygan. She is further survived by four grandchildren and one great grandchild; her brothers, Robert Bower and David (Debbie) Bower both of Sheboygan; her sisters, Karen Bower of Greenbush and Jenny Nennig of Manitowoc, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Patty was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Evelyn.
A Celebration of Life is being planned for a later date. Inurnment will take place in the scattering garden of Wildwood Cemetery.
The Olson Funeral Home & Cremation Service has been entrusted with Patty's arrangements.
