Patricia was born on August 3, 1940 to the late Chester & Florence (nee Broski) Rybak.
She was a beloved wife to John A. Smith (deceased); devoted mother to Anthony (Debra), Michael, William, and John; loving grandmother to Anthony (Angela), Katherine (Daniel), Hayley (Charles), and Bradley (Katlyn); great-grandmother of Alyssa, Alexandria (Alex), Jaycie, Braydan, Addison, David, Charlotte, Marlowe, Jake, Lucille, and William; great-great-grandmother of Aurora; loving sister to Barbara (deceased), Christine Cornell (David) and Paul; and was also a loving aunt to all her nieces and nephews.

Cremation by Busch Crematory.
A memorial gathering will be held Saturday, February 21, 2026 from 4-6pm at Busch Funeral Home, 7501 Ridge Road, Parma, Ohio 44129.
