Patricia (McLaren) Taylor-Jones, 73, passed away on October 21, 2024 at home with her family by her side.
Patricia was born on August 25, 1951 in Great Barrington, MA, the daughter of John D. and Barbara (Garrow) McLaren Sr. Patricia worked at Carris Reels for many years and then at Family Tree Access Center until her retirement. She loved being around people, especially her family but most of all her grandson Todd Jr.
Survived by son Earl R. Taylor Jr., daughter Carrie Taylor, son in law Todd Bourassa Sr., grandson Todd Bourassa Jr. of Rutland, VT, two brothers Paul McLaren of West Rutland, VT, Jay McLaren of Rutland, VT, three sisters Joyce Humphrey of Shrewsbury, VT, Mary Bell of Brandon, VT, and Pauline Morris of Rutland, VT, and many beloved nieces and nephews.
Patricia was predeceased by husband Clifford R. Jones Jr., brothers John McLaren Jr. of Palm Beach Gardens, FL, James McLaren of West Rutland, VT, twins Terry and Jerry McLaren both of Rutland, VT, and Harland McLaren Sr. of Palm Beach Gardens, FL, and a sister Judy Hawkins of Jupiter, FL.
A heartfelt thank you to the Rutland area Bayada Hospice team.
Calling hours will be held on November 2, 2024 from 12-1:00pm with a funeral service to follow at 1:00pm at Clifford Funeral Home.
Arrangements are under the direction of Clifford Funeral Home.

I recall a special greeting and a smile on Ms. Taylor´s face when Earl introduce me to her as she appeared to be appreciating Earls horticultural skills, her smile was comforting. There is surely a special place in heaven for Ms. Taylor.
