Patricio Mendoza Juarez, 87, of Odessa, TX passed away on January 11, 2024, in Odessa, TX.
Visitation will be from 6 PM to 8 PM with a Recitation of the Rosary to start at 7:00 PM, Monday, January 15, 2024, at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home.
Funeral mass will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday January 16, 2024, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church with Father Joe Uecker officiating. A burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are entrusted to Sunset Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home.
Patricio Juarez was born in Bosque Bonita, TX, to Thomas Juarez and Julia Mendoza Juarez. He went to school in Bosque Bonita, TX. He married Modesta Salcido on October 11th, 1959, in Pecos, TX. He worked in construction for Austin Bridge Co. for 3 years.
Patricio M. Juarez is preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Julia Juarez; brothers, Gilberto, Mercedes, Socorro, and Ricardo Juarez; and sister, Maria de Refugio Aguilar.
Patricio is survived by wife, Modesta Salcido; daughter, Yolanda Juarez Sandate and husband Johnny Sandate; sons, Danny S. Juarez and wife Michelle Cortez, David Juarez and wife Lulu Cisneros, Jesse Juarez and wife Irma Machuca; 14 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Jaime Juarez, Simon Juarez, Emilio Juarez Sandate, David Juarez, Roger Ortiz, Alex Salcido, Josue Salcido, and Stephen Juarez.
